Mike is a native of Greenville, SC, and a graduate of Lander University where his entrepreneurial and leadership skills were evident when he founded Lander’s first chapter of Kappa Sigma fraternity. After college Mike pursued a career in sales and developed a keen ability to identify a need and find a solution for his clients. He knows the office furniture market and he can present options to a client that meets their organizational and financial needs. Mike met April Selkinghaus through an introduction by a client and discovered that her design and space planning ability was a perfect match for his product knowledge and established vendor relationships. The two of them formed F3 Concepts to provide a unique service to business leaders with a need for efficient office design and furnishings to fit a flexible work environment.

Work and life balance has always been a focus for Mike. He is a family man and treasures time spent with his family members. The success of his relationship building in his business has its origin in his valued relationships with family, friends, his community and his professional organizations.
