Southern First State Bank

The Challenge

When Greenville First Bank decided to open its Columbia headquarters, Southern First, we were excited to be involved! F3 Concepts worked closely with Sandy Boozer of Greenville First, Day King of Day King Interiors, and our vendors to create the look both Day and the Architect were envisioning.

The Solution

We worked with the furniture manufacturer to take their current desks and furniture they had already standardized on and come up with some creative cost savings that gave Southern First the look they were going for. One unique opportunity with this project was the ability to bring in a local wood craftsman to create their massive boardroom table. We all teamed up with the contractor and subcontractors to fit this table within the space. The AV teamed worked with us to ensure proper placement of the table for the functionality of the space from a technical standpoint. With the flexibility of each personality on the “Team” we came up with an outstanding room!

The Results

F3 Concepts always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and creativity. They are wonderful to work with. Their ability to adapt to their clients’ needs is remarkable as is their ability to work within budgetary constraints. They have proven their leadership and ability by consistently providing great solutions for our bank.
